Promising Teacher Award

AWARD IN THEATRE EDUCATION

Available to a rising senior theatre education major who shows evidence of teaching as a career, and advocates for theatre and education of the highest standards. This award features a one-year membership to the American Alliance for Theatre and Education which includes extensive networking opportunities, one-year subscriptions to Youth Theatre Journal, and The AATE Dialogue, discounted admission to AATE’s annual conference, the Theatre Leadership Institute, as well as IDEA conferences and events. This award is funded by ASU Theatre Education faculty Gordon Hensley and Teresa Lee. Application requirements:
