Each student majoring in Theatre is required to take four Activities courses prior to graduation. The student may take these for 0 or 1 credit hour depending on the total credit hours taken in theatre. (see note below.)

It is recommended that the student take only one activity per semester.

4 activities are required.

Any 3 of the following:

THR 2101 Production Activity: Costume Studio
THR 2102 Production Activity: Scenic Studio
THR 2103 Production Activity: Lighting
THR 2104 Production Activity: Stage Management

1 selected from:

The List above (repeating allowed)
THR 2105 Performance Activity: Theatre
THR 2108 Production Activity: Design

The University only allows 46 hours of theatre to count towards the total of 122 hours required to graduate. Additional hours of Performance/Production Activity may be taken but may not count toward the graduation requirement. Most students graduate with more than 122 hours which allows taking four or more hours of production activity for credit rather than signing up for 0 s.h. of credit.
