A grade earned in the initial attempt to take a course can be excluded from the GPA for a maximum of five courses. The initial grade remains on the transcript. If the grade is to be excluded from the GPA, the student must file a repeat form in the Registrar's Office no later than the last day of finals during the term in which the course is repeated.
